The Radiology Department at Shands at the University of Florida has the State-Of-The-Art equipment to handle inpatient and outpatient needs. In addition, the department is now often called upon to handle complex and difficult trauma cases. Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute was established to consolidate patient-oriented research and clinical services, the UF&Shands Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute provides a dynamic climate for orthopaedic medical care.

Park Avenue Imaging Center offers most of our Mammography services and a wide range of other outpatient studies in a pleasant off-site location. Driving directions.
Outpatient fluoroscopy studies, MRIs, X-rays, Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT studies are frequently performed at the Medical Plaza Radiology Department. Parking is convenient and the park-like atmosphere makes the patient's visit pleasant and comfortable.
